on a October--to-September year.
Fees
from the time you become a member until the following October 1st are
free of charge. You need to pay the membership fee from the next Oct
1st until October 1st 2011. This will be a two-year fee when you become
a member before October 1st 2009, or a one-year fee when you become a
member between the 1st of October 2009 and the end of September 2010.
